How we use quiz data

When you take the Self-Esteem Trap quiz and submit your first name and email, we store your answers and calculated results so we can show them to you and email you a copy if email delivery is configured.

If you opt in to marketing updates, we may use your email to send occasional information about the book and related resources. Marketing consent is optional and separate from receiving your quiz results. Result emails are transactional: you receive them because you requested your results.

We also collect anonymous quiz interaction events (for example, that a quiz was started) without attaching your email. We do not sell your personal information.

Educational disclaimer: The quiz is an educational reflection tool inspired by themes in The Self-Esteem Trap. It is not a psychological or medical assessment and does not diagnose any condition.
